Praise - Virgin Holidays

Just wanted to post a quick word of praise for VirginHolidys. I booked a few weeks ago, paid a £300 deposit. Over the weekend, it became apparant that a family member needs some financial help, and rather than go on an expensive holiday, we are using the money to help them out. I rang Virgin this morning to cancel, expecting to lose deposit, but was pleasantly suprised when I was told that if I rebook within a year, they will discount any future booking by the £300 less £35 pp admin fee.
I was not expecting to be smiling after cancelling a longed for holiday, so good onya Virgin:T
