At least were not alone then.

Basic lack of communication and incompetance. As I said I think Toyrus have realised a price mess up and are trying to back out.

They should honour their mistakes.

The 2nd email i sent them i said i felt aggrieved and should have either received a different product or some sort of compensation, i thought if i could receive the £4.95 delivery back it wouldn't be such a bad thing but nothing, still awaiting a reply to my email, they have seriously gone down in my estimations.

I placed my order on the 20th Sept, received an email stating despatched on the 29th and I should receive within 4 working days!! Nothing doing!!

I posted this offer, all I can do is appologise.

I thought Toysrus were a good co!!

This is a very large company and they should have their act together.

Not your fault at all so don't appologise.

Just goes to show that maybe we shouldn't even trust the large well known companies.

Well i placed my order on 20/9, they took my money on the 24th Sept and still I have received anything!!

Too late now!!

Its all going back??!!?? But how when I haven't received anything!!

I have ordered many times before, and in busier periods, bt never ever again!!

Sorry for posting, I was mislead!!!

Hi Jeppy

I telephoned Toysrus after receiving an email reply to my query about the missing delivery.

They told me it had been despatched on the 24th Sept. but this was before my last email about it taking too long in the processing stage. At that point they had told me it had not been despatched. What a mess.

Anyway when I called I spoke to a very helpful person that appologised and checked the stock levels. Amazingly the costume was back in stock (which according to the email was out of stock).

She put through the whole order again and after me stressing that I needed the costume quickly agread to rush it to me without paying extra postage.

It arrived in time and there was a £5 off next order slip inside.

Well that was a little struggle but my order is here now so I am happier.

Note to myself: It just shows its always better to telephone and speak to them in a nice yet firm manner.

Yep I think a lot of people are very happy with their purchases.

I am a lot happier after solving my problem on the phone.

I think using the email system you can just get fobbed off by some companies but credit to Toysrus when I actually called them they could not be more helpful.

I also placed another order for over £150 and this one came through within 2 days and am now thinking of using my £5 voucher.
