looks like there are a few good bargains. although some of the things are cheaper on amazon they have a clearance sale on aswell.
cant think of everything but the polly pocket snow hotel was cheaper & the sodoku board game is £1.99,also got electronic soduku games v.cheap.
so compare before buying.

Well Toyrus have completely messed up my order.

I placed an order for 5 items on the 20th September and still have not received anything yet.

The order was in processing for over a week and then despatched after I enquired about it. Now I have emailed them about the lack of delivery and they claim it was sent on the 24th (not according to an earlier email I received from them).

One of the items was a costume for my son to wear at a party very soon and he is so upset that it will not be coming in time if at all.

I think that this costume which was only £6.99 was underpriced and so Toysrus are backing out. Funnily enough it is not in stock now.

Has anybody else had this kind of trouble with them before?

I ordered 2 my scene dolls which came with free purses, the purses were priced at £16.99 and came up on my order as in stock, i didn't receive the purses with my delivery so i emailed them and have had the response that they are discontinued items and they are not available so will not be getting anything. I emailed them again saying i wasn't happy and they replied saying that the website was experiencing difficulties at the time of ordering and when i ordered the purses they were out of stock, i have emailed again saying i should have received an alternative as it wasn't my fault and am awaiting a reply. I have had a few orders from them in the past with nothing wrong but this takes the biscuit, i am not happy at all.
