Seems like someone got the only genuine one, the one that the guy used for the picture - he's just left good f/b

Naaa, I reckon the last feedback is from someone who boughti it as a present, so he's just wrapped it and given it to someone who will be really upset when they open it :(

  • To be fair, they're UNOPENED iPods. Most people have just left a negative without even complaining - they're the ones who should have their accounts locked.

I see one person complained to him, and he was "very understanding, full refund and a credit to eBay". So this bloke bought a dodgy batch of iPods without knowing it - they're unopened, he got some complaints and resolved them satisfactorily. Certainly doesn't scream "scammer" to me - I've seen much worse and more blatant "scamming" attempts than that.

You can't be serious. He has set up his account in the last month, purchased huge feedback feedback by buying hundreds of ebooks for 1p and has then gone on to sell hundreds of FAKE iPods on Buy Now, in batches of about 20.

He has then sent them all out in the past couple of days.

    Standard scam.

"Standard scammers" wouldn't bother resolving complaints. To me, at first glance, it looks as though he's un-knowingly bought a dodgy batch of unopened iPods. However, I could be wrong. Time will tell :)

Hmmm - but 'Standard' traders don't buy all their good f/b thru' penny ebooks! ;)

Perhaps he's looking to sell ebooks too? ;)

Just offering both sides of the argument :)

He's actually got some good feedback since, but I'll admit it doesn't look good

The two sides of this argument being:
    1) The correct side
    2) The "scammers' excuses" side.
  • He hasn't returned the negative comments. Guess he was running to fast......
