I have just joined this board and was mooching around and came across this post, may I just say that some of your answers to the posters question are downright rude and in very bad taste.
Id love to have the likes of Brighthouse and other shops like them closed down but unfortunately its a fact of life that they do exist....please just answer the posters question and not attack in such a horrible way.
Sometimes when your in a corner financially these types of shops seem like a godsend at the time and its only later you realise what youve signed up for and YES not everyone is financially savvy but by god the way things are going in this country it may all change soon and we will all learn but till then please be a bit more sympathetic and kindly to a poster and not vent your opinions in such a way.
