USA minimum passport valid length?

Im planning to go to Vegas for Christmas but just want to make sure my passport will be all ok.

I travel out on the 21 and come back on the 27 Dec. To my understanding (correct if wrong) you must have a minimum of 6 months valid left on you passport to be able to enter the states.

My passport runs out on the 11 June, i take this will not be a problem:think:

You are wrong about 6 months being necessary (assuming it's a normal British passport). It just needs to be valid for the length of your proposed stay. The US rule actually says 90 days (the length of time a visa waiver is issued for) but that this is relaxed to the time remaining on the passport should it not be valid 90 days.
