Trouble in store?

Contacted Asda and still no reply to my query. So, has any one else encountered this?
You go to checkout (online) and put in which card you want to pay with/then enter security code from the card. Only on this occasion I entered a code from a different card (different number) and it still accepted payment:eek::eek::eek:
Is their security up the creek and should we be concerned:(:(:(

Any one else want test this out and report back?

this has happened to me before both my oh and i have cards registered and i put my card number with his 3 digit code by accident and expected it to reject it but it didnt.

Freda once went to Co-Op with my card by mistake. They never even noticed as the pin is the same on the Joint Account

I've heard of this beforet that apparently the 3 digit security code isn't as secure as a PIN in that you can get it wrong and it still Okays it - not just in ASDA.

I'm sure there will be something on google about it if you look around enough.
