PRAISE - MegaBrands (Magnetix)

Hi!
I just wanted to post about a really positive experience I had with MegaBrands customer services.
A few years ago my son was given some Magnetix toys. He was playing with the a couple of weeks ago and we noticed that some of the magnets had come loose and fallen out. The magnets are very strong and we realised that this was pretty dangerous so I searched on the internet and found that the product had been recalled in 2006. They had since changed the design to make it safer but we still had some of the old pieces.
I found the telephone number of the UK distributor and called them about it. They asked me for the box numbers but we no longer had them. I described the pieces that were faulty and they said to throw the faulty pieces away and they would send us some replacement toys. Lo and behold, this week the UPS van arrived with 2 sets of Magnext. The kids were thrilled and so was I! It's nice to see people still know how to do good customer service.
