Ebuyer question.

I bought a laptop on friday, paid next day delivery so expected it on saturday. Didn't come and it still says "Awaiting dispatch" which is worrying as it says it's due to arrive tomorrow? But it's not even left the warehouse yet? Any ideas? Do you think it'll be here tomorrow.

Yes. They have collections on Sunday nights.

afaik, saturday deliveries are extra, next business day deliveries usually get shipped out in the wee hours

Next working day usually, and purchased before 4PM. It's possibly already loaded for an AM delivery, if not, just get you post costs back if you are within compliance. You have an account now have a look at their site, see what is says.

Thanks guys, just have to go to uni tomorrow but dont want to msis the delivery (if there was/is one). I'll keep checking it to see if it changes x

Don't rely on their website Kat, if you finalised the purchase before 4 pm [ or whatever their terms are ] Fri - it's due with you Monday, and should be on the ' trunker ' as we speak.

yeah they frequently screw up next days in my experience, if you phone them up and harrang them about it you get postage fees refunded...
