Morning all:wave:
I'm working 9-5 Mon/Tues/Wed this week but then I've got 6 days off, before returning to work 1st September...which is my birthday...hmmm I could have planned that better couldn't I?
DS passed his Driving Theory Test first time on Saturday :T. He's just phoned me at work to ask if he can go on the train with his friends to Meadowhell on Friday, so once I've decluttered him at the station I'll be flying that day. And I have to wait in for a parcel to be delivered on Thursday, so that's another dedicated flying day - it's finally sunk in to my addled brain that once the house is sorted it will actually be quite easy to keep clean and tidy I just have to put in the spade work first.
Before I came to work I fed the birds and brought in the milk...well, it's a start:o
when I get home I'll:
cook tea
wash all pots/pans/etc & put away
clear sofa - i know there's a digital radio still in its box buried on there somewhere, which may give you an idea of the scale of spadework needed heyho
Hugs/spoons/best wishes to all
Fleas on those OH/KH that deserve them

Had a slow start this morning so far but just about to go out school shoe shopping and to see if the £2 school uniform in Mr M's is any good.kazmeister wrote: »GET MY SMOKE ALARMS SORTED - Nag me every day

Sorry havent posted parcel yet as am trying to find the time to see if I have any additional bits n pieces that might be of use to A n W but struggling for time at the mo. Love to you all in the mean time and good luck with dot to dot.
Have you got the smoke alarm sorted yet? No apologies re the clothes, I need your address (can you PM me it) so I can post Miss Meister's clothes back
Miss A has kept her room tidy for the last week and has got pocket money for her efforts.
Really hope you can get something sorted with your french student.

Same here. I understand the principle of getting sorted and keeping on top of things, but putting it into practice is a different matter.
Congratulations to your DS. I'm dreading mine being old enough to start driving lessons.
onestep - you've done lots already. Please take it steady and don't do too much.
Finally managed to check account balance and pay bills. I have enough left over to last me until payday on Thursday and anything I don't use will go towards the CC. Every little helps. :T
Must buy milk today, though, and a 'well done in exams' card for DS1 for tomorrow. Best update listy.0 -
Mad 15 mins hoovering lounge - does tidying the floor count if I push stuff into corners with the hoover? Mmm worth a try!
Declutter 300 things in December challenge, 9/300. Clear the living room. Re-organize storage
:cool2: Cherryprint: "More stuff = more stuff to tidy up!" Less things. Less stuff. More life.

Hi all
Can I be added on for this week please. Am 5 days overdue with my baby and have been nesting like mad. My aim now is to keep the place looking good
I joined at the start of the year but haven't had the easiest pregnancy so it fel by the wayside. I did take some photos of the house before I started flying - will dig them out and post any up where there's been a big improvement :TUpdating soon...0
