I saw the same message about phoning to get the pass but decided to fill the form anyway. I GOT THE PASS EMAILED WITHIN 2MINS TO MY SPAM BOX so worth a try I would say:D

I did the same thing, and just recieved an email, now have to pluck up the courage to go to the gym, without the vouchers.
