Got an MP3 player from them a couple of weeks ago, arrived v quickly, 2 X wrist straps included free of charge, email from them yesterday offering me 20 free photo prints (ordered them today, fingers crossed).

I was quite impressed with them on my order as well (portable DVD player).
Just worth knowing that you may get a 2 pin plug with electrical appliances as they are based in France.0
