The Gadget Show had a review of mostly LCD/plasma TVs the other evening but the panasonic TX28 CRT at less than £350 knocked spots of others at nearly ten times the price for picture quality. Comet have it for £319 with a stand and free delivery here.0

i watched that prog aswel only thing is i want the 32" model there seems to be two similar TX32PM11C and the TX32PS1C the first one being 100hz and £100 more expensive
is it really worth going for a 100hz set then0 -
If you can get Philips 32 pw9308 for £400 it's a bargain.

so is phillips a good brand of TV?0

Chances are, whatever name is on the front of ANY set, the tube came out of a Philips factory!!
I'd say Philips are amongst the better products, but don't dismiss Samsung, either.
The quality of their products represent VERY good value, these days.

we had a similar predicament before xmas (and before getting the net- so we couldn't ask you guys).
Went for a 32 inch pacific from asda, they are £300 now.
everywhere else wanted about that much for a 28 inch, cheapest away from asda was tesco, they wanted £200 for a 28 inch bush.
not a bad deal reallythings arent the way they were before, you wouldnt even recognise me anymore- not that you knew me back thenMercilessKiller wrote: »BH is my best mate too, its ok
