32" telly, which is best

i have some money saved up, dont really want to spend more then around £400, i am really looking for a decent TV from a good brand pref from the following

Sony
Hitachi
Panasonic

but will listen to peoples views and prices

    He wants a 32" Widescreen - 100Mhz.

    Any deals on at the moment etc that I can recommend for him?
  • I've got the Sony 100HZ 32". Cost me £700 a year ago at John Lewis. price match with 5 year guarantee. Doubt you'll get a Sony for £400. Try Pricerunner.

    I have a sharp 32" pure flatscreen something or other :) Paid £450 3 years ago in Argos 1/2 price sale. Does the job.

    Bought one of these before xmas - absolutely superb picture quality. Picked mine up for a shade of £600 its 100hz pixel plus.

    However the PW9308 is available just over £400 on a kelkoo search and is only the previous cosmetically different model....

    Definately worth consideration

    well i wanted a 100hz set but then heard that they aint actually as good as most 50hz TV's

    either way im interested to see whats about there is a decent looking panasonic set on ebuyer for £430 del

    ON my philips you can swith it between 50 and 100 but demo a pixel plus if you can - its superb
