someone on another forum said that it doesn't show promo vouchers on your confirmation email but it does on your account so you wont be charged.Just as long as it is showing up as zero on your online account

Shows up on my account as £4.99 ! All went through before I found the voucher button and I can't find out how to cancel it........can't see any buttons or anything in the FAQ part either.

The voucher code button is hard to find. I only knew where it was because I've shopped with play.com for years.

Their customer service is great. If you give them a ring they will cancel it for you if it's not already been shipped or they may even credit back your card as goodwill.

Good luck to you and the others who didn't see the code button. I hope you still get them for free.

This is wonderful! I have needed some headphones for ages now and have been unable to get any decent ones for a price I can afford.
