my said £4.99 on email but £0.00 on play. it has taken a £1 out of my account but my bf said they put it back in as he is a regular play.com customer and said its a security check thats refunded. also the payment for your order comes straight out of bank account and the £4.99 hasnt come out so fingers crossed

Hi mary-op. If you are quick, it normally lets you cancel the order for a short while until they start packing it. Go to "My Orders" and see if the orange button says "Cancel". If so, you can start again! The discount code button it hard to find, but it is on the order details page on the right hand side and says something like "Have a voucher?".

Order status says 'packing'.......:eek: Oh lor.....have to put it down to experience. It all went through so quick before I had chance to find the button ! Oh well...........live and learn

I don't think we will have been charged as i entered the code and it is showing up on my account as free even though i got the £4.99 email..................
