Just a quick question about this.

I ordered and had to put my card details on which I did, and waited for my confirmation to be sent that it was despatched. Then I went and changed my card details afterwards so they were not stored on the site as there are many stories of hacked accounts and fraud abuse. I then had an email to say to contact them as my account is on hold until I phone them (within 72hours) or any orders will not go through.

Will I still get my order, why would my card details make a difference after it was all processed?

It is because to make sure a card is legitamate as in name address etc are confimed they do a test £1 charge on the card when you first add details, as it was a weekend when you did that noone was there to sort out the card. now you have changed it they wont have the same details to give you your £1 back.

It their own internal security that stops bob seeing your account details when !!!!!! was the one that processed the card.

Got mine today as well, picked them up this afternoon from the collection centre as had a card.

Thought it would be them but a bit baffled by the 'its too big for your letter box' tick on the card.

Then when I collected it I saw why, the massive box made me smile for such a tiny item.

Using them now in my ipod and they're fab. Though I did have to change the silcone ear piece over to the smallest one cos of my silly ears.

Love the pouch as well, brillant.
