The one I ordered has 2 shelves mine only has one. (In the picture that is)

The difference being is mine was full price and I recieved one I could of paid less for. If I wanted the one on sale id of paid for the one on sale, I didnt see it at the time.

The driver was just moody, when I placed the order I edited my phone number and asked for a 10-2pm delivery, I checked the night before and it was down as a 9-12 delivery and when he turned up he had ago at me for having the old phone number on, which didn't work. Someone saw me edit it when ordering so I deffinetly changed it.

Cant see the differences well cos the descriptions are about different specs

• 1 shelf.

Hob:

• Solid plate hob.
• 4 cooking zones.

Grill:

• Grill pan included.

General information:

• Size H90, W50, D60cm.

I think im just abit peeved I didnt see the silver one and just got that, it would of been the colour I wanted and £40 cheaper and I have it now £40 more and in white

I dont think anyone see's why im upset about it im starting to doubt my self now.

So the only diff I can see is the Plate hob quality. The shelfs. double glazed window??

Oh yes and the one I recieved the door handle isnt great. I know you get what you pay for but...you know

I honestly think they just packed the wrong one, why would the beko cooker have a flavel sticker and specs on?

I can understand why you're upset but you do have options available to you. Call them to negotiate the price difference or ask them to issue a refund under your DSA entitlement and order the Flavel again with the £30 voucher applied or order the one you've currently got at its marked price.

I believe you got the cooker you ordered but under a different brand name which was as stated on the product description. You have the right to return under the DSR's and re-order the silver one if you wish or speak to them and ask for a £30 refund.

The silver one is out of stock anyway.

Thanks for your help, Ive spoken to them, they were really confused how a cooker they dont have on the system was delivered, they had plenty of the ones I ordered in, so they offered me the difference (to the one I ordered and the silver one) to keep what I have so I agreed. Very happy with argos
