Mothercare Mattresses - are they any good?

Hello, I'm just about to move my 2 yr old into a single bed, and not sure what mattress to get.
I'm thinking about getting the Mothercare Spring interior mattress with amicor. But before I buy it i was wondering if anyone has bought one of these mattresses and whether you are pleased with it? I can't find any reviews for it and I don't know anyone with one. It's a shame that I can't see it first before i buy it online. Do they seem good quality? and are they fairly firm?
Or any other recommendations for mattresses would be really appreciated.
Many thanks in advance

Hello!
That's the mattress we have in our cot bed. DD used it for a total of almost three years; DS is three and still sleeping on it, and since his room is so tiny he'll be on it for at least a couple more years, growth spurts permitting! It still feels as sprung as when we bought it- it's not firm exactly but certainly supportive. I've nothing to compare it to, only adult mattresses, but I'm very pleased with the wear we've got from it.
HTHThey call me Dr Worm... I'm interested in things; I'm not a real doctor but I am a real worm.
