Parcel delivered but I did not receive it!

Looking for a wee bit of advice here.
I ordered something from next a few weeks ago. I was away on holiday last week and came home yesterday to find an e-mail from next on Tuesday informing me my parcel was on it's way.
Problem is I have never received nor was there any cards through the door.
Went to their tracking website and it has 'delivered to porch' 12:37pm.
Now I don't have a porch. I have a front step with a bit over the top of the front door. That's it!
I noticed on the e-mail that it states parcels must be signed for - I didn't sign for it.
I'm unsure what my rights are on this?
TIA

My first response would be to contact Next and ask them for proof of delivery and signature then go from there
The onus is on them to get it to you safely0 -
Have you actually spoken to Next yet to let them know your parcel hasn't arrived?
They would need to prove that YOU signed for it...Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')
No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)0 -
Give customer services a ring as suggested. They will probably send you a form to fill in, whereby you have to state what is missing (ie in your case the whole parcel). It takes a while for them to deal with it, but in the end they should sort it.0
