Flight cheaters

I used a company called flighthunters.co.uk whom also trade under seabreeze holidays ltd based in greenford. I enquired about a flight to singapore. The agent quoted me £640 and told me it would be £50 to hold the flight. I asked if I changed my mind would I get my money back, I was told yes. I gave my email address and waited for the invoice to arrive. I called up next day as i still did not have it , only to find out they had taken down my wrong email (even after confirming it twice with them), when i checked the invoice , credit card booking fees and admin fees had been added which bumped up the total price to £690 in which I had not been informed of over the phone. I asked for the reserveation to be cancelled and to have my £50 refunded to my credit card, in which now they are refusing to do so. What do I do. I dont think they are part of ABTA and it seems from reviews of this compnay a lot of people have had problems with in the way the agents operate

If you paid by credit card and they're refusing to refund you, contact your credit card company to get a refund under section 75
