    I phoned the customer services minutes before placing the order and she said the offer was definately still on (20th Sept)

    Not sure where we stand with promotions that say "whilst stocks last"

    would be interested to know if people who made larger orders still got theirs (my order was £3)

    Will be writing a letter of complaint
  • I got mine today. I ordered some knickers. I got the aussie sample with it but nothing else. Very dissappointed. :(

    Got order today, with Aussie sample and thats it. Phoned customer services (laughable title) was given an apology but told that it does say on website that offer is subject to availability. Shoddy.

  • if enough of us complain surely they will send out something? i'm hoping for a £5 voucher myself. i don't think its unreasonable since the free shampoo and conditioner was a main factor in me placing the order and the fact that there wasnt even an explanation or apology on the despatch note, plus the awful customer services staff. come on guys, don't just moan about it, get on to them and let them know you're not happy!

  • i sen my email to the email address on the top of the despatch note i think it was feedback@dorothyperkins.com or .co.uk i can't remember, i dont know which was is best to email as the arcadia group have loads of shops so i dont know which you'll get a better response from
