Do not buy from raagliving (.com) or their sister website woolysdirect (.co.uk) I bought over 2,000 pounds of furniture (in July) from them and a week before delivery (one month after I had ordered the goods - 3rd August ) they said they had to cancel my order and had refunded my credit card. However, they said they could still deliver if I paid again. I did not do this as I wanted to check the money was back on my card. As of today (22nd August) no furniture has arrived and my credit card has NOT been refunded I will update this thread when I get my money back on my card.
So my view of these web sites so far is
. Morale of the story is to be very careful shopping on the web

Have you asked them why you haven't been refunded?0

They sent me a scanned copy of the refund to my credit card on the 3rd August, but it still has not gone back on my credit card. Also they do not answer my emails or phone calls0

I have contacted my credit card company and they said the refund would have come through by now. I am also filling out a dispute form from my credit card.0

Unfortunately for me I found this thread too late but thought I'd also post my experiences with this retailer in the hope that it stops someone else making the same mistake.
Do not use Woolysdirect.co.uk.
I bought £700 worth of furniture online. I had to call them constantly to find out when they were delivering (not that it was easy given that they were engaged all the time). When the delivery day finally came they didnt turn up.
After calling several times I was then fed lies about a fork lift truck going through the pallet that had my furniture on. They even admitted to me that they had lied about this.
2 months (and 2 HUGE phone bills) later 3 out of the 4 pieces of furniture arrived.
Still waiting on the 4th piece - it was meant to arrive on Saturday but it never did. They have promised it will arrive this coming Saturday but I have little hope and don't want to spend yet another day waiting in for furniture that never turns up!
So if you're thinking of buying from Woolydirect please reconsider!0
