There are (I think!) male and female flowers on pumpkins, and only the female will fruit—you can identify them because they have a little pumpkin behind the flower from the beginning. So either you aren't getting any female flowers, or your pumpkins actually are falling off. In either case I can't really help you, but would be interested to hear a solution.0

It sounds as though your pumpkins aren't being fertilised. I had this problem with my courgettes earlier this year and was told to use a small soft paintbrush to get the pollen from a flower and then use the brush to transfer the pollen to the other flowers, hopefully you'll then end up with some pumpkins. The flowers are usually fully open early morning so is the best time to do this.
Hope this works for your pumpkins.

Break the male pumpkin flowers off , I HAVE 2 PUMPKIN PLANTS GOING AT THE MO ONE HAS 2 VERY GOOD PUMPKINS GROWING ON IT THE OTHER HAS 1 PUMPKIN GROWING but as some one has said it seems yours may not be getting fertilised.0

Any flowers that appear now have very little chance of growing into pumpkins. The best pumpkins form in late June and early July - they then need at least 50 days of warm weather. Ideally, they need some hot sunny spells.
If they are cold or wet and don't get enough sunshine, then they will just give up and fall off.0
