Free Online Excel & Powerpoint Courses?

Anyone know of any good online courses for Excel and Powerpoint that are free? I used Excel when I was studying at university but that was 8 years ago and I could really do with updating my skill set in order to find a new job. As for Powerpoint, well I've never actually used it.

I'm primarily looking at Office 2003 as that is the version I have installed on my PC.

Don't they both come with 'Getting Started' built into the 'Help' menus....?

I'd suggest googling terms like 'Excel 101', 'Getting started with Excel' etc - personally, I've always picked these things up as I've gone along.

Most answers to 'How Do I...' in these apps are of the form 'Use Menu Option..' anyways.....

Vision2earn do free computer courses that have a qualification at the end. They don't seem to have any places available atm, but if you check back in September they might do.
