conveyancing warehouse.com - What was your TOTAL cost for a purchase?

    ???? well it varies... but my basic purchase fees were about £250 plus vat

    It will depend on what extra searches you need carried out for your specific property - i.e. if its in an area where floods are possible, you'll need to pay for the flooding survey, likewise if there has been mining in the area in the past, you'll need to pay for that.
  • My fees are £598 including all the search fees etc.
  • Can anyone let me know how they have found the service from conveyancing warehouse? I am considering using them as they are very cheap but would like to know if the service is up to scratch or is it better going elsewhere that's a bit more expensive.

    I'd appreciate any help you can give.

  • I am using them at the moment for sale and purchase. They are a real solicitors unlike some of the others like enact and hammonds. They have been ultra efficient so far and of course v cheap!

    Yes I'd second that! I'm with Hammonds, and they've been super efficient and totally on the ball so far. Our fees are also around the £250 mark
