  • That's bizarre. The huge volume of recent negative feedback complaining of goods not received and queries unanswered would at first seem to suggest that they've ceased trading, yet they still have items listed for sale.
Glad you got your refund, alvleigh.
ANother wierd thing: the first time I looked, the first 2 pages of feedback were nothing but negative, yet when I looked again, suddenly it had positives and neutrals interspersed. They haven't all just been left in the last couple of minutes: some of them are yesterday's. I hope eBay isn't having another glitchy mood.

I've never seen anything like it! Ouch!!!
You can discover more about a person in an hour of play than in a year of conversation.

    Staggering!
If you lend someone a tenner and never see them again, it was probably worth it.

The link in this thread only shows the negative feedbacks but, if you go through "normal" eBay channels you see all of them. There are few positives there but nowhere near enough to assuage concern about all those negs!
    Can I help?
  • Odd that they have well over 4000 feedback and all the bad news is in the last 6 months.

Last year I succumbed to buying some perfume on e-bay. It was advertised as Chanel No 5 Channel five more like! Awful packaging and stinky perfume. After a bit of a battle and some very stern e-mails I got all of my money back but I now remember that if it looks too good it probably is.

Yes I got the sob story about trying to make money for Christmas and didn't I have a hard heart? yes I did It's my money she was stealing.

I then e-mailed a lot of her other customers to warn them to try it before they gave it to their loved ones and lots did and then demanded their money back. yes e-bay said it was OK for me to do this. She then got de-registered Yipee!!

I expect this thief will try her fake perfume again ths year. they alwsys come back. next time though I am going to report them to trading standards I didn't this time as I had had to send the evidence back to get my full refund.
  • Absolutely amazing!

I got caught by these jokers. I bought disks before the bad feedback started but didn't claim in time to get a paypal refund as they have no funds in their account.

It's worth mentioning that they trade from the same office, use the same telephones and employ the same staff as this company :

For some reason they are also not answering the phone.
  • oh it makes my blood boil to know that people do this to others.

Well just how good is moneysaving expert? After 8 weeks of chasing for the disks, a paypal claim and god knows how many calls to an answerphone I post one message on here and the disks arrive 30 minutes later.

Should I say well done Martin at this point?!?!?!?!?!?
