in Credit cards
Hi,
I have just been accepted for the egg credit card, and have transfered a sum to my current account.
My credit agreement clearly states:
On Purchases put on the Account by 1 November 2010 at an annual rate of 0% fixed until 1 November 2010.
On Transferred Balances put on the Account by 1 November 2010 at an annual rate of 0% fixed until 1 October 2011.

Yet my first statement is showing interest and no sign of the 3% fee I expected. Have I missed something here?
there is an item on my statement for the BT and a second item for interest
19 Aug 2010 T/FER XXX.XX AT 1.313% INT PER MONTH
Have I missed something, or have they got it wrong?
Thanks

Looks like they have got it wrong and have not applied the promotional rate.
Call them and and get it resolved.0 -
Thank You for taking the time to reply,
That is what I thought, but puts my mind at ease to get a second opinion. I'll get onto them tomorrow to see what they say.
