Has anyone heard of Highview Parking Ltd
I parked in Rock Retail Park on the 25th May of this year, and previosly I have left my car twice for over 5 hrs with no problems, but about 1 week later I received a letter stating I had overstayed my parking by 27miniutes, the maxiumum allowance the said was 3 hrs, the wanted £75.00 reduced to £50.00 if I payed within 14 days, I looked martins advice, and took the advice, numerous letters followed and increasing the amount it is now over £150.00, a debt collector sent me a letter threatining to take me to court, which I ignored, now they say, Highview will accept the reduced amount of £119.00 if I pay up to avoid court I still have not responded or paid, what do you think.:money:

ignore all letters and do not reply to anything
if you had googled highview parking or searched mse you would have found your answer0 -
Must say it's very kind of them to offer you the reduced rate before taking you to court. :rotfl:
However, just continue to ignore and don't contact them.

Offering a discount like this is always a sign of utter desperation on their part. I would be very surprised if you hear from them again.0 -
Don't pay them a single penny, the ticket is unenforceable and they will not take you to court, they would lose as there is no loss to them and they can't prove who was driving.Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?0 -
if their charges were enforceable they would not have to resort to concessions to fool you into paying. Ignore this scum and eventually they will ignore you.Still waiting for Parking Eye to send the court summons! Make my day!0
