they are obviously ignoring the phone, or inundated with calls
i'm not spending more on a phone call than the t shirts are worth

or its a sunday?0 -
this is a reply to an email that I sent:
Hi Nigel,
Thanks for the feedback. I've had at the problem you described. The issue is the 99p price only applies to selected sizes, if you choose one of the "none sale" prices they are £4.98. The delivery is free on all these items.
:jNo longer posting on freebies or comps0 -
Well that's not correct. I put 2x 99p t-shirts in my basket and they deffo came up as £1.98 total to pay, but the system then added £5 per item postage at the checkout! :eek:0

Looks like sale items are excluded from the free delivery offer.....crazyterrier2000 wrote: »this is a reply to an email that I sent:

I reported this fault to them about a week ago; they said their technical team would look into it...0

It's no help to you now, I know, but a few weeks ago they listed lots of 99p t-shirts on ebay and they genuinely were 99p and free postage. It was mentioned on hotukdeals.
Yes, some of them, ok, most of them, were vile but it might be worth keeping an eye out for other such offers. If I hear anything I'll be sure and post here too.0 -
i just ordered a shirt for a fiver (well 4 quid after my discount code) and that went through ok with free delivery... something must be up with the cheap 99p shirts triggering something in their system.
they often have tshirts for a quid or two and free delivery so i think this is probably just a goof somewhere, mind you they've been told days ago so they really should have fixed it by now.
btw both zavvi and the hut are out of stock on a shirt i really really want to get as a christmas pressie for someone (it woudl be sooo perfect, and his name is even dave!) this is the shirt http://www.thehut.com/10079040.html
if anyone has seen this anywhere other than zavvi or the hut can you please pm me? i really want to get this.. cheers!0 -
I had a quick look online and the only place I can see them is ebay.

I think I've just managed to order a 99p t-shirt with free p&p so it appears that the 'bug' has been fixed.
