I had to fiddle around a bit to contact them. I think in the end I clicked on their terms and conditions, and then on the link 'contact us' and I got a mini form to fill in. There is a drop down where I chose my reason for contacting them as PROBLEM AT CHECKOUT (or words to that effect) and then I just explained the problem. I added my email address as there was no specific box for it.0

but it says an answer within 1 working day0 -
I know, but if we miss the offer they may at least offer us a discount code for future use, or honour the deal because we have logged our complaint with them. Did you tell them what you were trying to buy? I told them I wanted to buy 2x 99p t-shirts but the postage for sending both was coming up as £10 in error!0

i told them that on the intial purchase page it does confirm delivery is free, under my order
but when i try to purchase, £5 delivery is automatically applied to final checkout page0 -
