What Is amazons guarantee/ return policy?

Purchased a printer in January that no longer prints, cannot find out from amazon website how the guarantee/warranty works.

Wondered if anyone knew?

Would depend on several things. Whats wrong with the printer? Is the fault inherent? Did you buy it from amazon themselves or a seller?

Everthing sold by Amazon as a one year guarantee at least. If you are sure that your printer is faulty contact them and see what they will do.

If you used 3rd party carts that can void the warranty on a printer if its blocked the printheads

Printer will not print black, cartridge is full and have cleaned the print heads.

Is a remanufactured cartridge though, so will need to buy Epsom own first I think.

Yes if it goes back to Epson you really need originals in there, BTW you can get some good stuff on Ebay to clean heads
