Batgirl wrote:Ooh yeah I forgot about the other asda bargains I got yest. They seem to have gone a bit mad at the moment. They had chicken tonight sauces 1 for £1.12 or 2 for £1, aero choc mousses 1 for £1. 30ish or 2 for £1. They had loads of offers where you got 2 for less than the price for 1, it all seemed a bit too good to be true but it all went through the til fine.
I took advantage of one of those offers...
6 tins of Napolina chopped tomatoes = £2.28, but 2 x 6 tins = £2.00!!:j Normally we have the Smartprice ones, but the Napolina ones do taste nicer  - I wouldn't pay £2.28 for 6 tins, but I did manage to part with £4 for 24 tins (which should keep us going for a while!!).:D

Sainsbury's seem to be relaunching their TTD range, in my local they have £3 per kilo of strong cheese marked off. So the other day I bought about £4 of really good cheese for £1.82, look at me, Taste the difference, I'm posh!! :rotfl:
Had a good snoop around in their this afternoon too, TTD ciabata was £1.25 down to 20p, so I've cut that into quarters and frozen it. Carrot sticks from 99p to 20p, as part of a health kick and being on the sauce last night I ate almost a whole bag of these and now I feel really sick!!! Mango down to 20p, which is stellar.
They also have some pre priced Twixes, a pack of 48 I think for £2.48, nice if you like that kind of thing.£2 Coin Savings = £0.230 -
i went to boots today to spend my pb voucher on a few bits. was wanting one of these nail buffer/polisher/smoother type things to make my nails look good for my bday, lord knows they need all the help they can get! and picked up a few other bits to use up the voucher. had a rake through a box of reduced hair bits, most looked naff but at the bottom i found this lovely hair clip, silver metal with red jewels on, butterfly shaped and thought it would be perfect for my bday hair...anyways it was less than half price, from 7.50 to 3.50, when she scanned it through the till it came up £2! :j0
