well obviously u wud check before u sign anything. this wasnt the case with the one i was looking to buy.

Ah, been in there. Nice woman in the office, genuine. I felt some of th people passing through asking about the SO were a bit shabby though.

I also didn't like the proximity of the houses to the kids playing areas, felt it'd become a kiddie trap pretty quickly.

Overall though, good position, prices weren't too bad at all. There were just some shabby looking people asking about SO.

The woman is really nice, trouble is it's par so quite close to st.blazey etc so bound to get some rough looking people about thats the trouble. Guess its kinda like that anywhere you go though :S
