How very strange - I just looked a moment ago and it wasn't there! Now is is. Perhaps my software is playing up - or I am going blind!0 -

Or possibly the alcohol. I don't drink from Sunday - Thursday. I may not have had enough of it0 -
Found out the op's name in about a minute as a previous poster said the internet is a very small place...0

Don't you think you lot are taking this a little too far? It's like she's being stalked now....
eta: if the OP is real then don't you think it is better for her to work than to exist on benefits? I agree she doesn't make it easy for people [esp employers] but for someone trying to actually work for a living rather than locking themselves away forever perhaps people should be a little more lenient.
If she's not real then no actual harm done.0 -
You are right of course zazen999 just illustrating that if anyone involved with this read this forum they would know who she was...0

The problem is she appears to want an employer to pay her not to work!Gone ... or have I?0 -

but people's health can deteriorate. I am now a full-time wheelchair user. 5 years ago I enjoyed hill-walking and running in marathons. I could easily have joined MSE 5 years ago and listed running and hill-walking as interests, and then more recently posted a thread about issues relating to disability and employment. I probably still do have those interests listed on some of my profiles. I wouldn't want to get rid of them. I am still interested in hill-walking and running0 -
Oh my god - you weirdo's lol - why should I change my profile? or remove my picture?
I have nothing to hide - the company i've been working for know that I asked for advice online and have no issues with it.
I joined on here what 2006 or something - before I was properly diagnosed - and yeah I do enjoy walking - I love nature and sitting and watching the world go by. Just because I can't do much of it dosen't mean i don't enjoy it.
If you like go on sparkpeople it's a diet site I used for a while - same username etc..
And you'll see my condition and things on there as well.
I also have a comping website at www.compingqeen.com
I have nothing to hide - I've also got naughty piccys I make a bit of extra cash from on yet another site - same username.
And a whole load of paid to click sites i'm signed up to - same username.
I enjoy a lot of things I can't do much - writing poetry, nookie (lol) drinking alcohol - just can't do those things much.
Does that mean I shouldn't post THEM as interests?
think it's a bit weird for you to look into me so much - but flattered I guess.

Anyway - onto the JOB/NOTICE topic - turned up today and taken in for a little chat. Discussed a lot of the things we were going to talk about on wednesday - The clause for the non-competition and distance from work etc -- waived completely -- they said they rarely use that anyway and at the moment a job's a job etc..
They have also put me on GARDEN LEAVE for the rest of my notice period so that I have the best possible chance and as much free time as possible to job hunt. I also have several doctors and hospital appointments coming up so it makes me free for them.
Very happy with the outcome.
thanks for the genuine helpers out there - and for the weirdos - look me up on the saucyjobs thread and you can pay me to send you some knickers. lol!Not really comping any more as too ill - but hoping to win £1000+ in 2017 in cash prizes - watch this space!0
