They are a fancy dress company and have a great range. The products we bought were also of a really good quality. Bit of a warning though, order in plenty of time, we didn't and it caused us a few bitten nails. We ordered around 13-14 days before we needed them for a special event and got confirmation. We then heard nothing. So after 7 days tried to ring and got an answerphone, kept trying and got more answerphone. So emailed sales and got nothing, now getting a bit worried. After 10 days pulled all the email addresses off the website I could find, and said get in contact or I will assume it is fraud. Chap called Simon came straight back and said he would get sales to get in touch, which they did. They said they had been waiting for an outfit (fair enough, but why no contact). I replied and said please can you now send to address where we are going for event, due to time elapsed..no answer. So sent to Simon as well. They also said they would pay for next day which I thought was good. Next day an email comes saying goods sent standard 5 day service to original address, try to phone, no answer. Email saying where and when are goods going, confirmed next day but not to which address. They arrive at original address and are taken back to post office as nobody there. We arrange collection and redelivery from post office.
So nothing wrong with goods, or prices, but if you want things quickly or to be able to speak to someone when things are looking like they might not arrive I would just be aware.
