Some advice please
First of all hello. First post.
My girlfriend entered into an IVA before we got together. Glad to say that we did get together :j and she moved in with me in Feb. She wrote to the insolvency agency and informed them that shed moved and rent had gone down slightly with all else much the same.
Now theres a review due on her IVA and shes really worried about it all as all the bills and paperwork etc is all in my name. Shes contributing to half of all the household costs with one payment to my account. Can anyone please let us know whats going to happen or whats likely to happen now that the review is due.
Thanks for reading

This will all be taken into account in her new I&E.
Of course she has to pay an amount towards the household costs - she can't live for free - and her IP will accept that!
The only thing I would look into is whether or not she is paying a FAIR amount. Half is probably fine, but I would guess this means she is going to have more surplus or disposable income to offer towards her IVA.
She should try to limit this increase in surplus by considering her other costs.
If you post up her current I&E I could try to see where some savings could be made!Would you ask the wolves to look after the sheep?

Hi there. Thanks. Will her IP need proof of bills etc from me and my income details etc as im not involved with them ? How will it work if she has to 'prove' what her out goings are and is this likely at the review. As I said theyre all in my name.
Will see if she can post up I&E
Thanks again0
