Barclay Card Initial

I went onto the above's site last night, filled in that on line form to see what CC i would be entitled to, the Barclay Card Initial came up, wasnt up for that so went onto the RBS site (i bank with them)
i was accepted for their platinum card immediately?
My question is, why would there be such a large discrepancy (ie) get accepted by rbs, but only offered an initial cc by barclay card?
i have a halifax cc with 4 grand on it.

well its probaly because you bank with themAqua card - £250 Limit up to date, Jd Williams £150 limit up to date, Argos store card £400 limit up to date, Next £300 limit up to date.:beer:0
