Do a search for ELMO TMX on ebay.com. Brings up 6027 items!!! Hmmmm...

They've sold around 50,000 on ebay.com since the launch, the figures are going down at the moment, so more being sold than new ones being listed - prices are just starting to creep up.
  • I personally feel that prices on ebay.co.uk are not doing that good at the moment. What does everyone else think? Do you suppose that they will be a rush for them during xmas since hamleys is still in stock?

I think any real money will be made selling to the US closer to Xmas - assuming they don't get new stock before.
  • I spotted these in John Lewis today and invested in 2 to put away till the rush starts in earnest. JL staff couldn't leave them alone (was causing more interest than Peter Andre who was downstairs!). A few questions from me to the always dead helpful staff revealed that they had only come in this morning, they had 26 delivered and they were down to 10 that were still on the shelf.

Figured I'd take a punt, I can afford to hang onto them till nearer the mad xmas panic time.
The best things in life are NOT free - but they sure are cheaper with MSE!:j

I wouldn't give up on the UK just yet. This is bound to get on the news channels in the coming months and that's all it will take, tbh.
I spelt my username wrongly on purpose, by the way!
