Hall, stairs and landing plastering cost?

I'll be ringing around plasterers next week, so I've not had any quotes yet. Just thought I'd ask on here for a rough idea of what to expect.
My hall stairs and landing could do with re-skimming. The walls and ceilings are both a mess. I want to be able to have a painted finish instead of wallpaper. It's a 3 bed semi. There is no artex to deal with, or blown plaster.

You would be looking around £450/500 plus materials, H/S/L are a bit more awkward.

it helps if you can clarify that you can prepare some things ie remove pictures , and any thing on way etc, cover the railing with some plastics...and very helpful if you can cover the floors..with lots of old dustsheets
    parking permit ready..
if you can do the above, tell them first thing and they may give you lower price than they would without this help

i defenitely would discount since the above take quite a bit of time

Good plasterers view a job and whilst viewing look at protection required, its part of the job, plasterers will always tell a customer if things need moving before start date as we need access to all areas, you would not get a lower price off me, i price to plaster.

in domestic works, you barely get your way, unless you are the only gay in the village...;)the only plasterer i mean

i price to plaster, remove sockets, radiators , lights, and cover the floors, but i ll love it if the owner has covered up the floors so i can start painting with glue, thengo and have my well deserved breakfast
