but i know my older sister's wife would turn her nose up at it!

Well she is miserable...get her something horrible so she will be really jeleous of everyone else's lovely gifts!

As I am over £30k in debt, and getting married and jobless at the end of the month everyone will be lucky to get a scratch card from me!

As I am art trained I will also be giving people an image/photo/painting as part of their presents! Some are even going to get calenders...£3 each at Costco - just given the photos and they do the rest!

But everyone has most likely got fab photos in thier albums or saved on the PC, so a nice print in an Ikea picture frame would make a nice pressie, well i think so!

    :)

BB I found when I did Cambridge that I ate out of boredom!!! It opened my eyes....

I always knew I ate emotionally, but I now realise the extent - ie most of my life was spent eating

Went to take Charlie out and we went down to the water's edge....the rain started to blow across the harbour and it was yuck but felt nice to be out and a little fitter than I have felt in a long while.

I think i will do that for my mum with the boys, frame a picture from the wedding in their suits.

could also do that with my brother and sister in law too, (it was their wedding) although i saw somewhere someone advertising pictures printed on canvass.

his ex wife was waiting there too to pick the children up, I do find it all very weird still but she is pleasant and we can hold a reasonable conversation!

she'll be fine.....just threaten her with me if she isn't.......;) Or just say that 'someone' you know also knows her if she is a pain.....she'll be wanting to know who and be lovely to you!!!!!!

I also wouldn't touch that ebayer with a barge pole Claire. 204 feedback isn't low and it all sounds a bit odd.

Clairwop - a personalised gift is much nice, i would be careful about printing on canvas...they look much better quality if you have a good black n white photo...being an artist/art teacher - simple good quality! If your boys took any photos themselves that would be nice, depending how old they are manipulating/changing the image using Photoshop or something similar can be fun too!
