    Well, it's nearly 1. I'm going to set the timer to 15 mins and get on with tidying the hallway and bathroom, and put a load of washing on.

    not at that stage yet ;) But tonight I will be :D Really thought it through - had 11 weeks to sort it all out in my head. I'm not scared of it anymore, I was terrified of the thought of food after a couple of weeks on CD. I'm incorporating the small amount of food into the soups in different ways (chunky soups with chick peas, using the tomato soup as a 'sauce' with quorn and vegetables for bolognaise) and it's only for 7 days. I am seeing it as a little 'project' in a weird way, I am hoping to learn from what happens and it will be a good test of my new habits.

    Who knows - after 7 days I might go to SS+ for the next 12 weeks if my habits have become ingrained enough. Probably won't do, but I am looking forward to it where as I was originally worried.

    Sammy - we've got 3 inches of rain forecast for tonight:eek: - hang on tight those in the south, I think it's going to be a bumpy night!!!! :eek:
