Payment arrangement - MBNA - advice

Hope you can advise me. I have credit card debt of £10k of which £4.5k is with MBNA. I gave MBNA my financial details (income, budget etc) four months ago and agreed a payment arrangement with them of £10 a month for six months, to be reviewed at that point. I have been making these payments. I had a letter last week from MBNA asking for £100 in arrears urgently. I wrote to them to say that I didn't understand the letter as I have a payment agreement in place. They have now replied to say that as my account is in default it has been suspended and may be sold on, although I should go on making the agreed payments.

- is there anything I can do to stop them selling it on given that I still have a payment arrangement in place?
- how concerned should I be about the possibility of it being sold on?
- if it is sold on and I am hassled by collectors, can you point me to advice about how to deal with this?

Thanks for your advice.
