    If you lost anything in the back of the cab, try the police as hackney drivers are supposed to hand lost items back to them, but if you don't have the badge number of the driver or the taxi, or even the reg number of the car, you got no real hope of getting anything back.

    If you booked it through a taxi office go back to them, otherwise try sherlock as mentioned above ;)
    Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
    They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
    Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?

    try the police, we are not allowed to pass things we find to the office, we have to take them to the police, of course that all depends on the integrity of the driver - and of course whoever got in the cab after you
