Don't do it . This company is absolutely diabolical. There communication is non existent. You spend all your time trying to find
Out what is going on they never return calls & are only interested once you have received payment. We found we had to do all the telephone calls & letter writing to our bank to pursue our claim as Fast Track simply did nothing. Now they want payment for a service they have quiet clearly not offered.
Quiet simply pursue it yourself don't go there.... You will regret it.0 -
This is a rubbish company and customer service is hopeless. They never ring back when they say they will.
We felt that they had done so little by the end of the claim (and it took them a whole year to ask for fees), that we fought their £700(!) fee bill. We asked for copies of correspondence they had sent/recieved, which amounted to a couple of letters from the PPI provider marked with 'reminder sent on date' - and the dates were after PPI provider had contacted us.
We argued them down to £300 but in the end I sent £100 and a letter just to settle things before Christmas as I didn't want to worry about it, and this was accepted straight away.
This company KNOWS it's rubbish - Dont pay any more than you absolutely have to - haggle!
If you've signed up with them - cancel them by recorded delivery letter NOW!!!0 -
My experience so far has been different from those above. My PPI claim was rejected by the FO, and when I saw an advertisement by FTR I thought I would give it a try. To date, I have received and completed a number of forms, contacted them by email and received prompt replies, and have been advised that they have secured a substantial sum for me from lenders I didn't know I had paid PPI to!! I am just awaiting the final information in the post to finalise the claim and am looking forward to seeing how the amounts have been arrived at. I'll be more than happy to pay their 28% commission if they have succeeded where I failed!0

WOW one of the older thread bumps I’ve seen in a while!
Given that they do no more than you could and tend have a detrimental impact on most claims I have to question what on earth were you doing...?
Regardless, if you have already previously complained to lenders then a final response will have been issued already, at best you may be receiving some ‘Plevin’ related refunds... you were due these anyway and the CMC will take their cut for doing nothing.0 -
Bumping up a thread last posted on eight years ago with promotion of a Claim Company?
How has this firm been able to somehow overturn a complaint rejected by the Ombudsman? Why do you also mention a 28% fee when CMC fees have been capped at 20% for a year or more?
I'd mark your post as SPAM, but, with the deadline for new PPI complaints having passed almost six months ago, I'd say there is little point.0 -
Not spam. Just not very good at promotional material.::A0
