No hot water for 3 weeks, Landlords Agent ignoring calls and messages

well the news today is that we had an electrician come out today to connect the immersion heater. He said the wiring was all completely wrong and he has no idea how it passed inspection so we now have the cable coming out of the front of the boiler (no access to back or sides of the boiler) which means the cover has to stay off, he stuck a plug on the end and put a socket in the wall so we now have hot water (although its scorching hot because the gauge to regulate the temperature is at the back of the boiler which is completely unaccessable!)
A plumber from Barratts is coming tomorrow am to assess the boiler and to see if and how they will fix it but at least we have hot water in the meantime!0 -
