Had an appalling service from this on-line appliance company. They state a 2-5 day delivery service but my fridge-freezer took 3 weeks - and that included 3 (yes 3) failed deliveries with no compensation for 3 days waiting around for them. Cust Srvs are atrocious - take ages to pick up the phone and also dont return your calls. I think they have only one person on the phone system.

After the 3rd failed delivery I wanted my money back and they had the cheek to demand a £20 admin fee :mad: In my furious state, I called Trading Standards who informed me that I was entitled a full refund so rang Tukha back and after explaining I had been in touch with TS they wanted to try and deliver again.

I accepted a 4th delivery slot as I desperately needed my fridge and this time it did turn up but it was in a tatty old white van with a moaning driver who was very reluctant to help unload and unpack!

Steer clear :mad:

    :mad: I bought a product from with free delivery except when I recieved my bank statement they had taken more than stated on their invoice. Delivery was slow and they don't reply to emails. Useless! :mad:

  • Another very unhappy customer here.

    Despite choosing free delivery, these idiots charged me £2.99 without informing me first. It's taken me 5 weeks of frustrating phone calls, being put on hold, being hung up on and having emails and letters ignored to get my refund. Their customer service reps speak very poor English and their accounts people lie just to get you off the phone.

    Such an unprofessional company, I wonder how they stay in business. My iron wasn't even packaged. There was just an address label on the iron box and no invoice to speak of

    Avoid like the plague. It's just not worth the hassle to save a couple of quid.

    Having read this, I realised that I ordered a fridge for my grandfathers 100th birthday on 11/9/06, so I thought I should check that everything went OK.......just as well, as they have overcharged me, and not even delivered!!! Disgusting service, and I would never use them again.

    I do not plan on asking them for a refund, I will just approach Visa to do this for me.
