Received my Barclay initial credit card today, when i register online i notice that the statement setting is paper, I wonder if there's any charge for it?

No and you can also choose not to receive any by post but simply have them on your online banking

ok i just checked on their website i am a bit confused now -
Charges

Cash withdrawals: 2.5% (min. £2.50)
Balance transfers and cheques: 2.5% unless we tell you otherwise
Overseas transactions: 2.75%
Copies of statements: £3.00

like when you buy something and it's about £1, can you use the credit card, will it incur a fee if the expense is that low or will Barcalys deny the transaction if it's that low?
