How do I get feedback from all customers?

A majority of my previous customers don't leave me any feedback at all and I'm sure that goes for most sellers as well. I assume its because they can't be bothered to or they just simply forgot.

so I was wondering, is there anyway I could contact all my previous customers at once to remind them to leave feedback. That way I can get maximum feedback from all my customers.

Alternatively I could email them individually but that would be too time consuming, especially for powersellers

If there is a tool or software that can do this I'll certainly be interested

Never ever ask for feedback, you might not like what you get. Feedback is voluntary and there are many people who never leave any.

I leave feedback after its been left for me if im selling. Its in the ebay tips for sellers on the ebay site, worth reading.

Maybe email the people with 0 feedback as they may not know what feedback is! I know i didnt until a seller told me.

It is up to the buyer whether they choose to leave feedback or not. Feedback is not compulsary. I wouldn't recommend contacting previous buyers to ask them to leave feedback as this is likely to antagonize them.

I am always polite, courteous, and let people know when I've posted stuff and all that jazz. 99 out of 100 I get feedback. People seem to respond to a more personal approach.

I put a business type card in with the parcel... first it says thankyou for you purchase and please add feedback so i know your happy with your purchase... also it states if you have a problem please contant me first to resolve it.. this helps reduce any negs as well..
