Terms & Conditions of Entry
1. Instructions on "How to Enter"; form part of these Conditions of Entry.
2. Entry is open to all persons aged 18 or over except employees of <company
name>, or the agencies or companies associated with this competition.
3. The competition commences 12 Aug 2010 and final entries close 12 Sep 2010 at
12h00 London Time (GMT).
4. The draw will take place between 12 – 15 Sep 2010. The winner will be notified by
telephone or email, and advertised on http://www.keynoir.com; and related pages.
5. Each legitimate entry will participate in the prize draw by registering with
Keynoir.com.
6. The winner of the competition will be determined from all valid entries. The winner
will receive the prize: A four night stay at luxury Italian villa Trullo Fico (Puglia, Italy)
for up to 6 people; a Michelin star dining experience at Al Fornello da Ricci for up to
6 people; local car hire and a Tusting travel tote bag.
7. Keynoir Ltd is responsible for setting up relevant contact with the prize winners,
organizing and execution of the prize.
8. By entering this competition the entrant agrees to be contacted by Keynoir Ltd
with special marketing offers (including newsletter) and other information.
10.Keynoir Ltd may conduct such further draws at the same place as the original
draw as are necessary in order to distribute any prizes unclaimed by due date. In the
event of any winners in the unclaimed prize draw, they will be notified by phone and
mail.
11. In the event that one or more of the prizes are not available, Keynoir Ltd
reserves the right to substitute prize(s) to the same and equal recommended retail
value and/or specification.
12. Keynoir Ltd shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is
suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for any personal
injury suffered or sustained during the use of the prize except for any liability which
cannot be excluded by law.
13. Entries not completed in accordance with the Conditions of Entry or received
after close of entry will not be considered. Incomplete entries will be disregarded.
The judge's decision in relation to any aspect of the Promotion is final and binding on
every person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into.
14. If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned, including
infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud,
technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of Keynoir Ltd which
corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of
this competition, Keynoir Ltd reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any
individual who tampers with the entry process. Keynoir Ltd assumes no responsibility
for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or
transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized
access to, or alteration of entries.
15. All entries become the property of Keynoir Ltd. Your personal details will be
